COMMISSIONS ARE OPEN!

Interested in commissioning art from me? Check out the links below for more info!

1. Read and understand the terms & conditions:
2. Contact me for inquiries.

You can email me at cheesypaninie@gmail.com or DM me on Twitter (X) @cheesypaninie. Sending me references of what you want me to make is highly appreciated and can speed up the process.

Once we've settled into an agreement, I'll send you an invoice through PayPal.

3. Pay my invoice through PayPal.

I will not start until I've gotten paid.

If invoice is not paid within 7 days, I will cancel your commission. For orders higher than $200, you may send 50% upfront, then the other 50% once the artwork is halfway done. If payment will be delayed or you need more time, I can pause the commission.

4. Review my work for revisions.

I have three phases when working on an artwork:

♦ Drafting Phase:

This phase includes rough sketches, messy line art, and temporary colors and placement. â€‹â€‹I allow multiple major and minor revisions during this phase.

♦ Line Art and Base Color Phase:

This phase includes cleaner linework and a rough idea of colors used. I allow minor revisions during this phase. Major revisions that may take a long time to do is an additional cost.

♦ Final Rendering Phase:

This phase finalizes the artwork and includes the finer details and shading. I allow minor revisions during this phase. Major revisions that may take a long time to do is an additional cost.

5. Receive the commissioned art through email.

Once the artwork has been completed, I'll send it to you through your preferred email. I normally send it as a PNG, but you may also request it as a JPG, GIF or a different file type if preferred. Layered files such as PSD, CSP, KRA, or REB are not included or sold unless the commissioner buys a commercial license from me (e.g. creating a VTuber, producing merch, etc.).

I will send you the commission in its original size, but you may also request a larger or smaller resolution of the piece.

A single commission can be finished anywhere from 2 days to 2 months depending on the complexity or the artwork and my current work load. Please allow 1-2 weeks for me to work on your commission so I can schedule my time properly.

COMMISSION PROCESS

COMMISSION F.A.Q.

How do I commission you?

Read my commission process:

Is payment upfront?

Yes, but I allow half to be paid first and the other half later for orders higher than $200.

Payment Methods & Currency?

PayPal, USD or PHP.

Where's your price list?

I don't have a set price list because I charge my work depending on complexity, how long it will take to make, and my client's budget which I prefer to discuss with my client. Commissions may be paid with a fixed price or hourly rate.

Can I use these on streams, videos, game development or merch?

You can certainly use my commissioned art for streams & videos! However, if you want to make a game or create merchandise with them, you need to sign a contract and pay me for the commercial license which is +300% of the price.

How long will it take to finish?

Time frame ranges from 2 days to 2 months depending on number of current commissions & complexity of design.

Can I ask for updates?

Yes! I normally update my clients once I start the commission and on each day that I have made significant progress on the artwork.

Can you make art in a style different from yours?

I'm open to illustrating artwork in styles I don't usually do, but know that I may or may not accept the commission or not have the art exactly the way you want it. You can DM me or email me and we can discuss the details.
